Spirit HDC – (Heavy Duty Cleaner)

Spirit HDC is a heavy duty super alkaline cleaner designed to clean long term built in grease and grime.
A heavy duty super-alkaline detergent designed to remove heavy build-up of soiling, grease & grime. H.D.C is an industrial strength dilutable cleaner with outstanding cleaning properties. Ideal for tired looking floors, walls and grout joints that have become dirty over time.

Where to use

• All natural stone can be cleaned with H.D.C (avoid use on polished limestone or marble)
• Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles
• Grout joints
• Concrete & Clay Pavers

Method of Application

1. Mix H.D.C with clean water to the desired strength (see back of bottle for recommended dilution rates)
2. Allow the solution to sit/dwell for 3-5 minutes keeping the surface wet with the cleaner. Add more if you see it drying on the surface.
3. After 3-5 minutes have passed and allowed the H.D.C to loosen the grease and grime, begin scrubbing with the appropriate grade nylon scouring pad.
4. Remove the dirty water with a dense mop. (Using a wet/dry vacuum is the ideal way).
5. Follow with a rinse of Spirit Neutral Cleaner at 20 parts clean water to 1 part H.D.C.

Please note: Regular cleaning of sealed surfaces with H.D.C is not recommended as the high-alkaline formula will prematurely break down the sealer and affect the performance.

For regular cleaning we recommend Spirit Neutral Cleaner.
